Every development is unique and we specialise in providing bespoke systems designed specifically for each site. This means that every project must be priced individually. However, to assist our customers, we recognise that when planning a development knowing an estimate of costs at an early stage is advantageous.

The prices shown below are based on sites with 1 or 2 Domestic Houses only. Multiple house sites and all commercial developments to be quoted for on a case by case basis.
Consultancy & Design
Carry out a soil percolation test and provide a report on the results.
- From £550 + VAT (not including excavator hire)
Carry out an appraisal of an existing sewage treatment system and provide a report on our findings.
- From £350 + VAT (not including CCTV camera hire)
Provide for a detailed drainage specification (sewage & surface water) including digital drawings as appropriate for your planning and building warrant applications & submission of your SEPA application.
- From £750 + VAT (not including Local Authority applications, to be done by an architect)
Tank Supply
To supply 1 x 3,800 litre septic tank (up to 1 x 4 bedroom house) c/w access cover and delivery to site.
- From £870 + VAT (off loading & installation not included)
To supply 1 x 4,500 litre septic tank (up to 2 x 4 bedroom houses) c/w access cover and delivery to site.
- From £980 + VAT (off loading & installation not included)
To supply 1 x 6 person package sewage treatment plant (up to 1 x 4 bedroom house) c/w access covers, air pump and delivery to site.
- From £1,955 + VAT (off loading & installation not included)
To supply 1 x 8 person package sewage treatment plant (up to 1 x 6 bedroom house) c/w access covers, air pump and delivery to site.
- From £2,025 + VAT (off loading & installation not included)
To supply 1 x 12 person retro-fit package sewage treatment plant (for 1 or 2 houses with an existing septic tank) c/w access covers, air pump and delivery to site.

To supply 1 x timber kiosk, c/w alarm unit, flashing beacon and air hose pipe fittings.
